You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, engage, and onboard top talent across technical, non-technical, and educational roles. This role demands strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to plan and launch roles aligned to business needs.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current & future requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
• Drive employer branding through professional candidate engagement.
• Track & report recruiting metrics; leverage insights to improve hiring strategies.
• Ensure process efficiency and recruitment best practices.
