Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist the talent acquisition team by scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Liaise with candidates and Hiring managers
- Arrange logistics for interviews, including meeting rooms, video conferencing, etc.
- Facilitate virtual interviews and troubleshoot technical issues if any.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases.
- Gather and update feedback from interviewers.

Master's or Bachelor's degree.2 to 4 years in Talent Acquisition or a similar role within Human resourcesExperience scheduling and coordinating interviewsHighly proactive and process-centric attitude.Ability to prioritize and multitask with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Skills Required
