Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and create workforce planning strategies.
- Recruitment Operations
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles across functions.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, agencies, referrals).
- Employer Branding
- Strengthen Ode Group’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
- Collaborate with marketing / communications teams to design recruitment campaigns, career pages, and employee branding initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers on talent availability, hiring processes, and market insights.
- Ensure alignment between HR and business units on talent priorities.
- Process & Compliance
- Standardize recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, diversity hiring, and internal recruitment policies.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, driving performance and professional growth.
- Set KPIs for the recruitment function (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio).
- Data & Reporting
- Use data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency through technology and analytics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role .Proven experience hiring across diverse functions such as real estate, hospitality, construction, and corporate roles (preferred).Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methodologies.Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage senior-level hiring.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Skills
