About the Role :

In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional IT and engineering professionals for our clients across various industries in Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networking events.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
