Role Overview

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, engage, and onboard top talent across technical, non-technical, and educational roles. This role demands strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.

What You’ll D0

  • Partner with hiring managers to plan and launch roles aligned to business needs.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current & future requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
  • Drive employer branding through professional candidate engagement.
  • Track & report recruiting metrics; leverage insights to improve hiring strategies.
  • Ensure process efficiency and recruitment best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience : 3+ years in corporate recruitment across diverse functions.
  • Skills : Strong sourcing techniques, ATS (ZOHO or similar), and job portal expertise (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and deliver against tight timelines.
  • Education : Master’s in Human Resources (preferred).
