Key Responsibilities :
- Enroll and onboard new Direct Selling Agent (DSA) partners to expand the bank's lending network
- Promote sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loan (BL) products through DSA channels
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing DSA partners to ensure sustained business flow
- Motivate and support DSA partners by providing necessary product knowledge, sales tools, and incentives
- Monitor DSA partners' performance and provide guidance to boost their business generation capabilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursals
- Track and report DSA-driven sales and pipeline regularly
