- Responsible for managing and growing CA value across assigned portfolio
- Deepen existing CA-led relationships and drive wallet share expansion
Fee Income Generation
Generate revenue through Trade Forex, Retail Banking, and Business Banking offeringsEnsure consistent fee-based income through solution sellingWealth Management Cross-Sell
Cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds (MF), life insurance (LI), general insurance (GI), credit cards (CC), Y-SEC, and lockersDrive product mix based on customer profilesCustomer Acquisition & Portfolio Expansion
Acquire high-value CASA clients from internal and external sourcesImprove Customer to Group (CTG) and Product to Group (PTG) ratiosRelationship Deepening & Goal Sheet Achievement
Drive performance on goal sheet targets across CASA, Trade Forex, BB, CMS, LI, MF, lockers, NTB acquisition, and other key productsIdentify upselling opportunities within the existing portfolioClient Servicing & Engagement
Deliver superlative client servicing and maintain relationship rigorAct as the single point of contact for key clients ensuring high satisfactionProduct Knowledge & Innovation
