Job description
  • Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
  • Develop annual sales strategy and goals
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
  • Collaborate with sales leaders
  • Sourcing leads via direct methods and independent closure for the allotted project
  • Looking for new opportunities to form partnerships & tie ups
  • Maintaining the paper work related to customer registration.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of partners & expanding CP network.
  • Making visits to partners and training their teams.
  • Necessary follow ups with customer to meet our targets.
  • Maintaining MIS records of channel performance.
  • Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.
  • Adheres to project timelines under stressful market conditions.
  • Identifies processes / procedures in own work area that needs improvement
  • Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity
  • Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area.
  • Undertake extensive travel to do reiki in the market for leads / new CP empanelment
  • Sales personnel are require to work on weekends and will have week-offs instead since customers visit sites also during their offs
