Needs Assessment : Engage with borrowers to understand their funding requirements, business goals, repayment capacity.
- Credit Profiling : Review credit scores, financial statements, and collateral details to assess loan eligibility.
- Lender Mapping : Match each borrower to the most suitable bank / NBFC product from our network, balancing interest rates, tenures, and loan amounts.
- Process Facilitation : Coordinate with Relationship Managers, underwriters, and lenders to ensure smooth and fast application processing.
- Catalyst Role : Remove bottlenecks, mediate between borrower and lender, and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
- Data & Insights : Maintain accurate borrower records in our CRM and share feedback for improving lender matchmaking algorithms.
- Relationship Management : Build trust with borrowers by providing transparent advice and tailored solutions.
What Were Looking For :
25 years mandatory experience in banking, NBFCs having done this similar role.Strong understanding of secured loan products Mortgages.Excellent communication & persuasion skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financials and credit reports.A customer-first approach solving borrower challenges with empathy and precision.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled lending environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
