Roles and Responsibilities :
Ecommerce (Primary Focus – 80%)
- P&L Ownership : Manage full ecommerce business including revenue, pricing, ad spends, and profitability.
- Ads & Performance : Plan, optimize, and scale campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, Deals) with agencies.
- Content & Organic Growth : Optimize A+ content, SEO keywords, titles, images, and brand store updates for organic visibility.
- Ratings & Reviews : Implement proactive review and rating improvement strategy.
- Inventory & Fulfillment : Oversee FBA replenishment, shipment creation, stock health, and monitor MFN performance and returns.
- Reporting & Analytics : Track KPIs – sales velocity, conversion, RoAS, ACOS, category rankings.
- Promotions & Pricing : Manage events (Prime Day, Great Indian Festival), coupons, and deals.
- Marketing & Competition Analysis : Use analytics tools to derive insights, track category and SKU-level competition.
- Marketplace Relations : Collaborate with category teams on marketing and sales plans.
Quick Commerce (20%)
Manage listings, pricing, and inventory for Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.Coordinate promotions, launches, and visibility with account managers.Track delivery metrics, stockouts, and performance reports.Requirements
3–6 years in e-commerce account management, preferably in beauty, wellness, or FMCG.Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts independently.Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills;reporting experience.
Excellent coordination and communication skills for agency and internal collaboration.Exposure to quick commerce or D2C platforms (Shopify, Shiprocket) is a plus.
