About the role :
- The role is well suited for individuals that are keen to advance their career in industrial sales and gain hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, integrity, customer centricity and performance.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales in OEM accounts and forging strong relationships with them.
- Expand OEM base across the region.
- Establish contacts with all OEMs in the region, build strong relationship, and promote Domino Product lines.
- Understand OEM's business, rolling projects, product lines, their customer and targeted market
- Prepare OEM sales forecasts for the region, for all products.
- Actively monitor market trends, Competition activity, and evolve promotional strategy and sales
effort
Develop OEMs as Domino Advocates through effective brand building, product support.Ensure Clear and clean transactions. With transparent information on OEM's end customersStrong ability and focus on Payment Collection / debt managementCompliment the business of regions and branches with developmental results from OEM.Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to developand improve the business.
Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors.The candidate needs to compliment the business of regions and branches with developmentalresults from OEM accounts.
Essential :
You should have minimum experience of 8 years in sales of industrial automation related machines with responsibility of direct selling (B2B OEM key accounts) and payment collection.Should have excellent contacts / relationships with OEM companiesSpeaking / writing fluently in English and local languageCandidates working within packaging industry having active working relationship with OEM with account mapping / management skills including development of dossiers will secure preference in recruitment selection process, Last 2 years minimum in developing OEM network and related direct sales for industrial automation products.Should possess strong communication, influencing, negotiation & presentation skills.You should be passionate about customers, technology and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve long term business relationships with customers.Thorough familiarity with geography of West India is necessary.Age at the time of application should not be more than 32 yearsSound health is mandatoryShould have own vehicle that can be used for business travel purposeShould be open to move on field on daily basis.What you can expectpt :
