Role Overview :
The Business Development Manager - Aftermarket (Pan India) will be responsible for setting up and driving the aftermarket business unit across India. This includes building a robust dealer network, developing the sales team, and ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Development & Strategy :
Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking for target products and servicesIdentify growth opportunities, market gaps, and competitive positioningDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies for aftermarket productsDealer Network & Channel Development :
Identify, appoint, and nurture dealers across India for the Wikitek brandEstablish strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term collaborationDrive dealer engagement through training, incentives, and marketing supportSales & Business Growth :
Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Aftermarket Business UnitDevelop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales plansTrack and analyze sales performance to ensure continuous improvementTeam Leadership & Management :
Set clear KPIs and ensure the team meets business objectivesFoster a performance-driven, customer-focused cultureBrand & Product Promotion :
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibilityParticipate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking eventsEnsure effective product positioning and differentiation in the marketQualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)8-12 years of experience in aftermarket sales, dealer network management, or automotive business developmentStrong understanding of automotive aftermarket products, especially TPMS, telematics, and wiring harnessesProven track record of achieving sales targets in a Pan-India roleExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsKey Skills :
