Role Overview :

The Business Development Manager - Aftermarket (Pan India) will be responsible for setting up and driving the aftermarket business unit across India. This includes building a robust dealer network, developing the sales team, and ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Development & Strategy :

  • Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking for target products and services
  • Identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for aftermarket products
  • Dealer Network & Channel Development :

  • Identify, appoint, and nurture dealers across India for the Wikitek brand
  • Establish strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration
  • Drive dealer engagement through training, incentives, and marketing support
  • Sales & Business Growth :

  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Aftermarket Business Unit
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales plans
  • Track and analyze sales performance to ensure continuous improvement
  • Team Leadership & Management :

  • Set clear KPIs and ensure the team meets business objectives
  • Foster a performance-driven, customer-focused culture
  • Brand & Product Promotion :

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
  • Ensure effective product positioning and differentiation in the market
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8-12 years of experience in aftermarket sales, dealer network management, or automotive business development
  • Strong understanding of automotive aftermarket products, especially TPMS, telematics, and wiring harnesses
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a Pan-India role
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
