Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to lead and support our sales organization in the Goa region. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in translating and implementing the Business Unit (BU) strategy at the regional / territory level.
This role demands strong leadership in strategic planning, achieving quantifiable business results, fostering a High-Performance Sales Organization, and maintaining active engagement with key executive-level customers. A strong technical understanding of elevators / escalators is essential.

Experience : 12 to 15 years of professional experience, preferably in sales leadership or business development within the B2B industrial or capital equipment sector.
Technical Knowledge : Good understanding of the technical details of elevators / escalators is required.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Market Understanding : Good understanding of the local market dynamics in Goa and the surrounding region.
Relationship Building : Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders at senior levels.
Preferred Skills : Proven track record of leading and mentoring a sales team. Experience with global sales coordination or regional account management.
