We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our inbound BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with information, and assisting with their inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide excellent service.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer calls as necessary to ensure resolution of issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.Proficient in using computers and various software applications.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.Skills Required
