Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our BPO team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage with customers effectively over the phone. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in telecalling.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software.

Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
