Key Responsibilities :
For International Process :
- Handle inbound or outbound calls / emails / chats from global customers.
- Provide support for services such as technical help, billing queries, or account management.
- Communicate fluently in English with global customers.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain call quality standards and data privacy compliance.
For Domestic Process :
Manage customer interactions in local languages (e.g., Hindi, regional).Resolve service-related queries for telecom, banking, healthcare, or other sectors.Log customer interactions and follow up as needed.Escalate complex issues to team leaders or supervisors.Required Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English for international, local languages for domestic).Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Typing speed of 25–30 WPM (for non-voice roles).Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 for international; day / night for domestic).Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)Skills Required
