Job Requirements :

Position : General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Industry : Oil & Gas

Work Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in retail sales

Location : Mumbai

CTC : As per Industry Standards

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional sales and marketing teams. Act as a key liaison between executive leadership and on-ground teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Market Growth : Identify new business opportunities, key market segments, and innovative sales strategies to expand market share.
• Sales Performance : Monitor and analyze sales data to forecast trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to boost revenue.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and clients to ensure a robust and effective sales network.
• Brand & Product Management : Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen the PENSOL brand, launch new products, and create compelling marketing campaigns.
• Budgeting : Develop and manage departmental budgets with a focus on ROI, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
