Role Objective : Lead development and execution of marketing strategy focusing on brand growth and consumer engagement. Oversee campaigns that boost brand awareness and contribute to business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Business Development
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive brand growth and customer engagement
- Manage marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation, ensuring spending aligns with strategic priorities
- Guide market research and analysis to understand trends, consumer behavior, and identify growth opportunities
- Identify and propose expansion strategies for potential markets to capitalize on growth opportunities
Brand Management
Lead brand-building initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and creative development across all marketing channelsMonitor brand performance to ensure alignment with business objectivesDevelop plans to mitigate risks to brand reputation and ensure effective crisis communicationDigital Marketing and E-commerce
Lead digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and quick commerce strategies to enhance online presence and customer engagementDesign and oversee promotional campaigns, PR, and marketing efforts across various channelsDrive marketing innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of industry trends and technologiesImplement data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance, facilitating informed decision-makingDrive social listening and proactively collect insights and take corrective action for any negative sentimentsRegularly drive positive consumer sentiments, reviews, ratings & feedback across platformsProduct marketing and Innovation
Drive product marketing efforts, including product launches, packaging and pricing strategy
Foster innovation and product development to meet consumer needs and market demandsDevelop a systematic approach for incorporating customer feedback into product developmentStakeholder Management
Partner with key stakeholders, including business partners, agencies ( creative, media, event) , vendors, and other entitiesLead partnerships with media agencies, advertising platforms, and technology providers to optimize media spend and brand visibilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales , R&D) to ensure alignment with marketing strategiesPeople and Culture

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience and Relevant Skills
Minimum of 15-18 years of overall experience in FMCG preferably Consumer Products. Experience in nutraceutical industry will be an added advantageMust possess proficiency in leveraging data to make strategic marketing decisions and drive business growth. Must have strong expertise in driving innovation within marketing initiatives and leading high-performing teams. Must demonstrate the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and possess excellent communication skillsAcademic Qualifications & Certifications
Educational Qualification : Master of Business Administration with specialization in marketing or equivalent from premier B-school
