We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Transaction Support Analyst to provide administrative support for our business transactions team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating business transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support for business transactions, including data entry, document management, and project monitoring.
- Coordinate and facilitate business transactions, such as contracts, invoicing, and revenue processing for consulting delivery.
- Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, analyze, and resolve business transaction-related issues and discrepancies and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Project Management Office to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in business transaction support or a related fieldExcellent organizational, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointAttention to detail is critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with regional stakeholders.Skills Required
