Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, enterprise architects, and technical development teams.
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align business goals with technology roadmaps and integration standards.
Define and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system integrations, data mapping, interface contracts, and API specifications.
Participate in solution architecture discussions and validate proposed designs against business needs.
Support development and QA teams through the full SDLC by providing domain knowledge, clarifications, and validation of outcomes.
Utilize tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Postman for requirements tracking, test management, and API testing.
Ensure alignment with IT security and compliance frameworks across technical deliverables.
Contribute to Continuous Integration and DevOps practices by supporting automation, environment standardization, and deployment readiness.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role within technology-centric organizations.
Demonstrated experience in business and system analysis, process modeling, data flow design, and requirements engineering.
Proficient with enterprise-grade middleware and integration platforms including : Oracle SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Logic Apps, Jitterbit, or Dell Boomi.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience working with API gateways and management platforms (e.g., Azure API Management, Kong, Apigee).
Strong understanding of integration protocols and standards including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, MFT, ANSI ASC X12, EDIFACT.
Knowledge of Content Management Systems and enterprise collaboration tools.
Familiarity with IT security and authentication standards such as OAuth2.0, JWT, SAML.
