We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR processes, transactions, and compliance requirements. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient execution of HR operations such as payroll inputs, benefits, onboarding / offboarding, and HRIS management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ensure timely and accurate input of employee lifecycle data in the HRIS system.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with statutory and internal documentation requirements.
- Support employee queries regarding HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational standards across all HR activities.
- Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of salary, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Generate reports and dashboards related to HR metrics and employee data.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll support, or HR shared services.Proficient in HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.Strong understanding of labour laws, payroll process flow, and employee lifecycle management.Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Skills Required
