Job description4+ years of relevant experience in role and industry. Worked in a high volume / complex contact centre / operations environment. Prior experience of HR operations, query handling and managing HR systems like Workday, SAP, Success factor. Graduation - Business / Human Resources (Preferred)
Key Accountabilities
- Responding to cases via the ServiceNow portal within provided Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Meet agreed quality, productivity targets and customer satisfaction (cSAT) rating expectations
- Promotion of self-service by showcasing available Knowledge Articles
- Contribute to continuous improvement culture by suggesting actions to make improvements to operational activities as necessary
- Accurate data input of Real Time Management (RTM) tasks
