Role : Sales Operations Associate
Location : Delhi (Sultanpur)

Function : Sales Operations
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and optimize enrollment and sales databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect, validate, and manage academic data related to student admissions, re-registrations, document collection, and calling activities.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to handle queries such as lead clashes, payment mapping, and payout processing.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance processes by providing necessary data and documentation, including new onboarding and document collection.
- Perform daily coordination and manage internal office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, lead conversion, funnel health, and pipeline status to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM (LeadSquared, Salesforce / HubSpot / Zendesk, etc.) data, update and maintain records on a regular basis.
- Track and reconcile revenue, payments, refunds, and discounts in coordination with finance and sales teams.
- Assist in process automation and workflow improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
- Provide sales teams with dashboards, trackers, and real-time data insights to drive productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations) to resolve escalations and ensure a seamless student / customer experience.
- Conduct periodic audits of sales and enrollment data to minimize errors and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support training of sales teams on process adherence, CRM usage, and documentation best practices.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management to support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to monitor key sales metrics (conversion %, sales cycle, average revenue per enrollment, etc.) and identify improvement areas.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.2–6 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Data Management, or Business Operations.Strong skills in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.Knowledge of CRM tools (LeadSquared,Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a strong plus.Basic proficiency in Python (preferred) for automation and advanced analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
