Job Overview :
We are hiring for the position of Manager Payroll & HR Operations . The ideal candidate should have 15 20 years of experience in handling complete payroll and HR operations. The person must have excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, Macros , and payroll systems.
The candidate should be confident in managing salary processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), full & final settlements, and all HR operations like onboarding, exit, documentation, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process monthly salaries for employees
- Manage PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Maintain accurate payroll data and employee records
- Calculate and handle bonus, gratuity, HRA, LTA, and F&F settlements
- Manage attendance and leave systems
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll and compliance inputs
- Respond to payroll and HR-related employee queries
- Generate salary slips, MIS reports, and payroll summaries
- Ensure all payroll and HR policies follow government regulations
- Oversee full HR operations including :
- Employee onboarding & exit
- Documentation & record keeping
- Policy implementation
- HR audits & compliance
- HR MIS and reporting
