- MBA / PGDM qualification is required
- Minimum 8+ years of total experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Compensation, benefits, HR Compliances, HRIS, HR Operations
- Strong attention to detail and precision is required
- Strong analytical and expertise to manage data in large volume
- Deep knowledge on HR Systems and processes to drive execution
