Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Real Estate at Navilu Group, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, contacting the leads, arranging site visits, meeting with potential clients, providing property tours, and negotiating deals. Key tasks include calling and following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
Experience in calling the leads generated and convincing them for site visits
Understanding of Real Estate Market and Trends
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in sales-related software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in real estate sales, especially plotted sales, is a plus
Must have both pre sales and sales experience
