Field Executive- Real Estate

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic  Field Executive – Real Estate  to join our Bengaluru team. This on-site role involves end-to-end support for property transactions, investment advisory, client engagement, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct  site visits  with clients and stakeholders
• Manage  property transactions  and coordinate related documentation
• Offer  real estate investment advice  based on market insights
• Maintain strong  client and vendor relationships
• Oversee  property management  and  facility management (FM)  tasks
• Ensure timely execution of deals and maintain high service standards
• Liaoning with BBMP, BESCOM department in terms of E-Khata transfer and record transfer in BESCOM.

Qualifications

Prior experience in  Property Management  and  Facility Management

Proven track record in  Residential Real Estate transactions

Strong  communication and negotiation  skills

Ability to work  independently  and handle field responsibilities across Bengaluru

Bachelor's degree  in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred)
