Key Responsibilities :
- CP Sourcing & Outreach (80%) :
- Visit 6+ CPs (Channel Partners) daily across the designated micromarkets (Yelahanka, Jakkur, Kogilu, Bagalur).
- Share pricing details, onboard CPs through the CRM, and onboard 100+ CPs in 30 days.
- Conduct CP meetings, distribute brochures, and follow up on leads generated through CPs.
- Drive lead generation through CPs by facilitating 8-10 site visits / week via CP referrals.
- Maintain daily CP tracker and log all interactions in CRM.
- Lead Calling & Site Visits (20%) :
- Call 15-20 qualified leads daily (both inbound and CP-referred).
- Schedule and attend 3-6 weekend site visits to assist sales closers.
- Explain project details to leads, coordinate with closure teams, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Maintain effective communication with CPs and buyers to ensure high conversion rates.
- Administrative Tasks :
- Maintain a call tracker and CP tracker, ensuring 100% CRM logging for all tasks and interactions.
- Coordinate all scheduling and site visit arrangements in collaboration with the sales team.
Candidate Profile :
Experience :Previous experience working in CP sourcing with a builder or mandate firm.Familiarity with the North Bengaluru micromarkets and local knowledge is essential.Skills :Strong people skills, comfortable making 30-40 stakeholder calls / day (CPs + buyers).Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.Mobility :Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license for local travel.Skills Required
