Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Real Estate based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure business growth.
