Channel Partner (CP) Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location :
North Bangalore (Bhartiya City)
Work Schedule :
Full-time, six days a week (Sunday off), 10 AM to 6 PM
Role :
- Build and manage strong relationships with real estate builders and developers launching projects.
- Drive sales through CP by promoting new project launches, site visits, and sales closures.
- Act as the key link between builders, team and buyer to ensure smooth information flow, availability of marketing materials, and clarity on pricing, offers, and project updates.
- Attend CP meets, events across Bangalore.
- Track sales funnel through CPs, ensure follow-up on leads, and push towards timely closure.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities, and conversion ratios.

- Experience in real estate channel partner sales is must.
- Strong relationship management and networking skills.
- Excellent follow-up ability and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, online meetings, and communication tools.
- Skilled in Emailing, WhatsApp, Telegram and other social media tools.
- Pleasant personality both in person as well over phone or text.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada, Tamil, Telgu, Malayalam is a plus.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
