About the Role
The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining property-related services, and driving successful lead conversions. The ideal candidate must have a strong telesales background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective property buyers and tenants.
- Explain and promote real estate offerings (primary & secondary properties).
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and closures in CRM.
- Collaborate with the on-ground sales and operations teams.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of telesales / inside sales experience (real estate experience preferred).Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.Ability to explain real estate offerings confidently and handle objections.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Fluency in English (Arabic / Hindi would be an added plus).Customer-focused, motivated, and target-driven persona.
