Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding buyers and sellers through the property transaction process, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing market insights, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property regulations
  • Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong experience in Real Estate and Sales
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
