Job description8+ years of IT experience (at least 5+ specializing in ServiceNow architecture). Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc. Certifications : Certified System Administrator, CIS- ITSM, CIS- CSM or Master Architect preferred. Strong experience with integration design, governance, and enterprise frameworks (e.g TOGAF, TMForum). Exceptional communication skills-comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Track record of architecting scalable, secure solutions for large enterprises. Drive digital transformation, engage with executive stakeholders, and architect enterprise- scale platforms that power future-ready organizations. We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead architecture strategy and delivery across complex, global implementations.
You'll shape the technical vision, manage integrations, enforce governance, and drive transformative digital roadmaps.
Responsibilities : .
- Define and evolve the enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture platform.
- Lead integration with ERP, CRM, OSS / BSS, and other core systems.
- Develop and communicate architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and governance protocols.
- Execute executive-level workshops and governance reviews.
- Ensure technical compliance with security, data, and scalability standards.
- Drive continuous improvement based on emerging platform trends.
- Mentor internal teams and support proposals, demos, and architectural thought leadership.
