About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee strategic implementation programs, ensuring timely delivery, scope compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role will interact with executive clients, cross-functional delivery teams, and ServiceNow technical experts to deliver high-impact ITSM and other enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and communication cadence in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate kickoff sessions, governance, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Manage scope changes and financials under fixed-price agreements, ensuring timely change order process and profitability alignment.
