ServiceNow Technical Architect

Locations : Hyderabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Gurugram | Mumbai | Kolkata | Pune

Employment Type : Contract | Hybrid

Experience : 10-15 Years (with 6+ Years in ServiceNow the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to design, lead, and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, proven experience in large-scale implementations, and the ability to align technical architecture with business Responsibilities :

  • Architect & Design : Define and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Solution Delivery : Lead end-to-end design and technical delivery across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust solutions.
  • Governance & Standards : Establish best practices, architectural standards, and reusable frameworks for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Mentorship : Guide development teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Innovation : Stay ahead of platform upgrades, new ServiceNow capabilities, and recommend solutions for continuous Skills & Experience :
  • Experience : 1015 years overall IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow Architecture.
  • Modules Expertise : At least 1 year of hands-on implementation experience in 3 or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong background in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST / SOAP), and workflow automation.
  • Architectural Expertise : Proven ability to design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions with integrations, performance tuning, and security considerations.
  • Client-Facing Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and consulting skills to engage senior :
