Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer TMF Open API

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid or Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize ServiceNow Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT).
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Ensure TMF API compliance for telecom process integrations.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end integration workflows.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues, perform impact analysis, and implement fixes.
• Document technical designs, data mappings, and configuration Skills & Experience :
• 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow development and integration.
• Proven expertise with TMF Open API implementations in a telecom domain.
• Strong understanding of telecom BSS / OSS architecture and service lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, and API security best practices.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide API, server-side and client-side scripting.
• ServiceNow certifications : CSA, CAD (Preferred).
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
