Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced B2B Sales / Corporate Sales Professional to join our team in Gurugram . The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site role, and applicants must be located within a 5 KM radius of Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and resolve client queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales, ideally in a B2B environment.Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.Ability to thrive in both independent and team-based work settings.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Salary : 5 to 10 LPA.Key Skills :
