We are seeking a proactive and highly driven Assistant Manager - Inside Sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience to be the engine of our sales department. This pivotal role is responsible for expertly managing both inbound and outbound lead pipelines, delivering compelling virtual product demonstrations, and ensuring flawless, efficient communication and coordination between the Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to maximize business growth and sales conversion rates.Key Responsibilities :
Lead Management & Nurturing :
- Take ownership of the entire lead lifecycle, efficiently managing both inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Qualify leads thoroughly to assess their potential and effectively nurture them through the sales funnel using strategic communication.
Product Demonstration & Sales :
- Conduct professional and engaging virtual product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the product's value proposition and addressing client queries.
- Actively work to convert qualified leads into confirmed sales, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Sales Team Coordination :
- Ensure smooth and efficient coordination between the Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, providing high-quality, pre-qualified leads and all necessary information for successful handoffs and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
Customer Focus & Communication :
- Maintain a strong customer-focused approach, building and maintaining professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients confidently and clearly across all mediums (phone, email, virtual Experience : Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Skills : Proven ability to manage a high volume of inbound / outbound calls and leads effectively.
- Demonstration Proficiency : Hands-on experience conducting professional virtual product demonstrations.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Technical Acumen : Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic sales automation tools.
- Preferred Skills : Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and success in coordinating across different sales functions.
