Responsibilities
- Lead & Scale Sales Team Hire, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive Revenue Growth Build and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize revenue from existing and new clients.
- Sales Training & Development Conduct regular coaching sessions, skill-building programs and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Process & SOP Creation Design and implement robust sales processes, reporting frameworks and SOPs for tracking, forecasting and performance measurement.
- CRM Ownership (LeadSquared) Ensure accurate pipeline management, reporting and analytics by fully leveraging LeadSquared CRM.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Customer Support to create a seamless customer experience.
- Onboarding & Induction Oversee onboarding and training of new sales hires to ensure quick ramp-up and alignment with company goals.
- Strategic Planning Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and plan long-term revenue growth.
Qualifications
Experience 8-12 years of proven B2B SaaS / Tech sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership / people management role.Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, B2B customer buying behavior, and WhatsApp / Conversational Commerce space (preferred).Team Leadership Proven ability to hire, inspire and scale a high-performance sales team.Process & Analytics Skills Strong background in sales forecasting, creating SOPs and using data-driven insights to improve conversion and retention.CRM Proficiency Hands-on experience with LeadSquared (or similar CRM platforms) is a must.Strategic & Result-Oriented Ability to set long-term sales strategies while delivering on immediate revenue goals.Communication & Negotiation Excellent interpersonal, presentation and deal-closing skills.Communication & Culture : Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to instil a customer-first, high-output culture.Location : Open to work full-time from AiSensys Gurugram office.Why Join Us?.
