Key Lead and manage the sales efforts focused exclusively on the Ad Tech industry, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and related digital advertising solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with advertisers, publishers, agencies, and technology partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closure.
- Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to track performance and forecast future sales.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Required Skills & 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience exclusively within the Ad Tech domain.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), data management platforms (DMP), and related technologies.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Ad Tech ecosystem.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform sales strategies.Experience managing and mentoring sales teams is a plus.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.Preferred Experience working with global or large-scale digital advertising clients.
Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, or similar.Knowledge of digital marketing trends and analytics toolsAdd screening question : Are you from AdTech background?
