We are looking for a strategic Sales & Business Development Consultant to help us shorten lead closure cycles, improve decision maker access, and expand global business opportunities.
Role Overview
You will act as a senior consultant to our leadership team, designing and executing a sales playbook that accelerates deal closures. This includes refining our GTM strategy, optimizing lead qualification, improving engagement with CXO-level decision makers, and building repeatable sales processes for both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current sales process and identify bottlenecks delaying closures.
- Develop and implement strategies to reach decision makers (CXOs, VPs, Procurement heads).
- Design qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC, etc.) for consistent pipeline management.
- Structure and package service offerings into PoCs, pilots, and tiered proposals that encourage faster sign-off.
- Train internal sales & account teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up.
- Support international expansion with tailored messaging for US / EU markets vs Indian markets.
- Build case studies, ROI-driven collateral, and executive-level decks.
- Advise on CRM discipline (HubSpot / Zoho) and automation of follow-ups.
- Provide mentorship on sales cadence, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales / consulting.Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals (₹50L – ₹10Cr / $100K+).Strong understanding of cloud, AI / ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services.Experience selling in both Indian and international markets (US / EU preferred).Excellent network and ability to open doors with senior executives.Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.What We’re Looking For
