The role involves handling customer queries, providing product / order support, and ensuring a smooth experience for our buyers. Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Assist customers with product details, order status, returns, and policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, logistics) to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain records of interactions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Care.Good communication skills (English & Hindi).Tech-savvy and comfortable with online tools, CRM, and MS Office / Google Sheets.Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.Based in Jaipur (or willing to relocate).Why Join Us?
