Quartz Components is looking for a
Customer Care Executive
to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves handling customer queries, providing product / order support, and ensuring a smooth experience for our buyers. If you are proactive, tech-savvy, and have great communication skills, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
Assist customers with product details, order status, returns, and policies.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, logistics) to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain records of interactions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Care.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online tools, CRM, and MS Office / Google Sheets.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Based in Jaipur (or willing to relocate).
