Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Niftel Communications in Kolkata. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, and driving sales.

Qualifications

Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills

Communication and Sales skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
