  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to increase conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly.
  • Track and report customer interactions, sales performance, and feedback.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
