About the Role We are looking for a
Customer Executive
to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling
inbound calls, customer enquiries, and providing clear travel-related information . You will play a key role in
convincing customers, handling objections, and closing sales , while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle
inbound customer calls
and respond to travel-related enquiries.
Provide detailed information about travel services, visa assistance, group tours, and packages.
Convince and convert leads
into confirmed bookings.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain call records, enquiry follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the team with
problem-solving
and quick resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
Minimum
1–2 years experience
in customer service / call center / sales.
Strong skills in
convincing, upselling, and customer handling .
Good
problem-solving attitude
and ability to handle pressure.
Must be fluent in
English and Telugu
(additional languages are a plus).
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Should be willing to work from our office at
Saligramam, Chennai .
