Job Summary
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting internal teams with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage visitor management with professionalism and warmth.
Handle call handling duties, including answering, screening, and redirecting phone calls.
Oversee meeting room booking and maintain an efficient scheduling system.
Perform routine data entry and filing tasks to support office records and documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front office reception area.
Assist with mail and courier handling (incoming / outgoing).
Provide HR support tasks such as assisting in onboarding support and new hire coordination.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with teams and assist in team coordination for smooth daily operations.
Perform general office administration duties.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in administration is a plus.
