Job description
  • Update calendars and schedule meeting
  • Travel desk management
  • MD / CEO - client coordination, Vendor follow-ups
  • Ability to handle and communicate with C level people
  • Provide support to another department as needed
  • Adhere to all the company policies and procedures
  • Handle all the incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Who can handle operational activities in day-to-day manner along with her good analytical parts
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Handle customer enquires - Phone, email, google business, WhatsApp
  • Stationery Management - Corporate Profile, website,
  • Support function with Accounts
  • Organize and handle logistics of events conducted by organization
  • Collect payment and manage refund
  • UG in any field

    Pleasant persona and excellent communication skills is a must.

    1. Min 5+yrs of overall experience as Front Admin

    2. Must have experience in calendar management

    3. Experiencing working in a fast-paced environment

    4. Flexible and adaptable to change

    5. Detail Oriented

    6. Creative problem solver

    7. Able to work independently with little supervision
