Job description

About us : IPEXX Global is a leading Engineering service provider company with customer base across Europe is looking at expanding business operations to North America and newer markets in Europe. Candidates should have experience working in these markets with below skills can apply.

Job Descriptions :

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, leading to the acquisition of new business.
  • Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
  • Brand Management : Maintain brand consistency, develop brand strategies, and oversee brand communications.
  • Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products or services.
  • Content Development : Create compelling content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia materials for marketing collateral.
  • Digital Marketing : Utilize digital platforms, SEO strategies, social media, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Performance Analysis : Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and negotiations to secure new contracts or partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 4 to 6 years expertise in business development and Sales.
  • Industry Experience : Automotive, Aerospace, Energy and consumer appliances, CAD design engineering services.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree would be highly advantageous.
  • Sales Acumen : Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and client acquisition.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client interactions and marketing purposes.
  • Marketing Expertise : Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and brand development.
  • Analytical Skills : Capability to analyse market data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Networking : Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain client relationships and industry connections.
  • If any current sale leads in hand, it would be highly appreciated.
