Job Title : Business Development Associate

Experience : 0–1 Year

Location : Basavanagudi, Bangalore

Shift : 12 : 30 PM to 9 : 30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Trainee to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for freshers with Marketing academic background who are passionate about building a career in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying prospects and building leads.
• Conduct research and support outreach efforts across UK / EU markets.
• Schedule discovery calls and assist with follow-ups.
• Participate in pitch preparations, RFP responses, and proposal creation.
• Update lead status in CRM tools and ensure prospect data accuracy.
• Shadow senior BDs and participate in training programs to develop sales acumen.
